Ancho Honey Pork Sparerib Taco
Grilled Pork Spareribs marinated in ancho honey sauce served with an avocado tomatillo sauce

Homemade Corn Tortillas, topped w/purple and green cabbage, and tomatillo-avocado salsa

Mixed Green
Mixed greens, Washington Apples, Candied Walnut, with a Citrus Vinaigrette
