We've been in the process of making a website over the past year with the help of our friends over at WldWorks .
Together, we hope to provide you with a web page that is easily accessible on your PC or mobile phone. To find the most up to date on information on our future events and about us will be on our new website.

2014 Spring Barrel Weekend in the Yakima Valley wine country



Its always a busy month, starting late April. Spring Barrel, a fun, and good way to jump start the year. With events every week going late into the year.

Our friends at Cultura Wine invite us to help feed their volunteers that help them through this three day weekend.

Dinner Menu:
Wood fired vegetables, quinoa, filet mignon, and large wild prawns.
Dessert:
Chocolate Gourmandize

Spring 2014

Spring time is for asparagus here in the Yakima Valley. This spring vegetable pairs well with wine and it just so happens to be the same time of year when wineries are out offering tastings straight from the barrel. Spring Barrel Tasting in Yakima Valley is an amazing experience I hope you get a chance to give it a Taste!

We have started growing our own herbs in the beginning of 2013 year. Since then I've been inspired to play around with the endless possibilities of growing them and incorporating them into our culinary creations.

This even was SOLD OUT! We all had fun working with Jessica Moskwa who is part of the Yakima-Morelia Sister Association .

Stuffed crimini mushrooms

Shredded chicken, black beans, corn, and dressed with avocado sour cream and sesame plum sauce

~Salad~
Baby greens with tequila lime vinaigrette
